Do I need ductwork?
A ductless system uses an indoor unit connected to an outdoor unit by refrigerant piping and wiring. We assess the installation route and placement for your property.
Can this replace my existing winter heat?
That depends on your building, heating load, and equipment selection. WindFree Max Heat® offers cold-climate heating operation down to −22°F. We'll assess the matched system's heating capacity and your home's needs, including whether backup heat is appropriate, before recommending a solution.
Are financing or rebates available?
Wisetack consumer financing is available, subject to approval. Utility rebate eligibility varies by provider, property, program, and exact matched equipment. We can help check the applicable requirements.
What does installation include?
Your quote will explain the selected system, equipment placement, piping route, electrical scope, and installation details. We review the requirements for your space before finalizing the proposal.
